Customers may purchase products from Crafting The Wild only with the clear understanding that all products must be used at their own discretion and only after referring to the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all other relevant technical information specific to the product. Crafting The Wild shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm).
Crafting The Wild shall not be liable for any errors or delays regarding an order, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Crafting The Wild, its employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from and against any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that Crafting The Wild. may sustain or incur as a result of any claim against it based upon negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, contract, or any other theory of law brought by Buyer, its officers, agents, employees, successors or assigns, by Buyer’s customers, by end users, by auxiliary personnel (such as freight handlers, etc.) or by other third parties, arising out of, directly or indirectly, the use of Crafting The Wild products, or by reason of Buyer’s failure to perform its obligations contained herein.
At buyer’s request, Crafting The Wild, may, at its own discretion, supply technical assistance and information with respect to products. Crafting The Wild makes no warranties of any kind or nature – expressed or implied – including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, with respect to technical assistance or information provided by Crafting The Wild or its personnel. Any suggestions by Crafting The Wild regarding use, selection, application, or suitability of the products shall not be construed as an express warranty, unless specifically designated as such in writing and signed by an officer or other authorized representative of Crafting The Wild
Further, Crafting The Wild is not responsible for the comments made in the customer reviews, nor when products are used in ways not suitable to their purpose (for example, fragrance oils in toothpaste; bath salts in metal containers; additives used in larger amounts than recommended).
As with any manufacturing process, Crafting The Wild strongly recommends small lab scale testing for evaluation purposes, prior to full commercial manufacturing. As the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of this product is outside the control of Crafting The Wild, no representation or warranty – expressed or implied – is made as to the effect(s) of such use(s) (including damage or injury) or the results obtained.
The liability of Crafting The Wild is limited to the value of the goods and does not include any consequential loss. Crafting The Wild, shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the products, even if Crafting The Wild, has been advised of the possibility of such damage including, without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of work in progress, down time, loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings, loss of products of buyer or other use or any liability of buyer to a third party on account of such loss, or for any labor or any other expense, damage or loss occasioned by such product including personal injury or property damage.
Please note, the International Federation of Aromatherapists do not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally, unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor, who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. In addition, Essential Oils must be properly diluted before use, in order to avoid any damages to property or adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm). In the event of any dispute, the Customer hereby agree that Jurisdiction is limited to the State of New Jersey.
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full that I have secured my place in the CSA for the season. In signing up for Crafting the Wild’s CSA share, whether I pay in full or in installments, I am liable for the full amount of the share. If I fail to pay the full amount on time or decide not to participate, I will no longer be eligible for the CSA. Final Payments are due April 15th 2018.
After the date of the first CSA delivery there is no refund for cancellation. Members may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the share ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original shareholder directly.
Picking Up Your Share
Seasonal deliveries will be delivered to your requested address. If you are out of town and cannot find a substitute to take your share, You are to notify Crafting the Wild in advance so your service can be suspended. You will not receive credit for deliveries that you suspend.
Sharing Our Season
You understand that as a member, you share in the bounty and the risks of wild crafting, including poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as flood, drought, tropical storm or hurricane.
By signing up for the CSA, you understand that you will be added to the weekly email list. Notify us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you do not receive an e-mail receipt of your payment.
All our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not release any information to anyone regarding our customers. We do not sell or make our email addresses or mailing list available to any other parties or companies.
Pre-Orders and Backorder Information:
Due to the nature of our business, and the want for our products to be made perfectly and responsibly. We make all of our products in small batches,
Are products that we normally have in stock, but need some time to be put together. Some times these are salves that are in progress and will be ready in a few days.
Are products that we plan to have in stock, and are waiting for their season, Or they can be tinctures which can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks, possibly longer. Doing Pre-orders helps us gauge how much wild-crafting we will have to do for a particular item. This helps us stay more in line with our mission and helps us not over harvest and not draining the natural resources that are around us, only to have unwanted product not move from our shelves.
